Cant get reverse thrust to work. Using Thrustmaster T.16000m FCS HOTAS. Elevator trim barley moves as well

yeah that still does nothing for me in any of the decrease

I used toggle before then changed it to hold as toggle wasn't doing anything for me and iv tried that method to with F2, still doesn't work for me

So as the title says I cant seem to get reverse thrust to go all the way back, I can get it at idle but that's about it. I've tried many inputs in settings...
