I had the problem on basically every route I’ve flown.
If you wanna try OTGIG 2E arrival in LIPZ it’s quite obvious there....

Check your HYD page on the lower DU, what's the HYD fluid quantity/system pressure?
Check your FMC for failures as well and refill your HYD reservoires...
