As Dan said, PMDG added in the 777 in P3D so it's possible they added it to the 737-800 in MSFS, which is also prone to tail strikes. I haven't tried...

I wonder whether you got a tail strike on takeoff which could cause a cabin leak and that damage might be what was persistent. Simply being unpressurised...

Your panel state may be corrupted. Try loading a PMDG saved state.

He may be using a button to apply the brakes, which would be "both brakes". It's not clear.

Try setting the parking brake by applying the brakes then using the mouse to move the parking brake lever. If that works then the problem is in your use...
