Well, removing envshade was the thing to do. I did few test, so far, everything is working well. Thanks again -
I have totaly disabled Envshade by using the restore function and deleted my shaders folder as you suggested and it's seems to did the trick. I'll do...Leave a comment:

I just moved to P3DV5 and I just have found this issue with PMDG airplanes (737NGXu and 747) both updated to latest version....
