I see it differently, it would take them 10 minutes to let us know if they can do it or not. And 1000 people could stop hitting F5 on the shop page or visiting the forum for the hundredth time hoping for news.

As much I'm looking forward to the release, some people need to; grow up and get a life. There is more to life than flight sim. There are much bigger things happening in the world than a PMDG release. It will come when it comes. So many self entitled people in this community, its toxic.

Go outside, get fresh air and enjoy family time, be around people you love. Be grateful there is a developer willing to put the time, effort and dedication into delivering a quality product.

It will arrive when it arrives. No one owes you anything! You need to realise that. Your life is not ruined by a short delay or a percieved lack of communication because it's what "YOU" want. Quite frankly its disappointing and disgusting.

Enjoy what you have and be grateful of what's to come when it does!

It was, I never voice on forums. I've been a PMDG customer since FS9 and bought the original 737NG on a disk! I never post, but the whole thing just grinds my gears now . Popcorn is the go to, but I just couldn't hold it in any longer

There was an update 6 days ago, the hope was a release for this weekend, no update was promised, the wording was "Stay tuned. We shall keep you posted.". You see how there's no timeframe attached? They'll be an update when RSR decides to give an update, what would you rather have, an update of "sorry no release this weekend" or "sorry no release this weekend but we have now identified the issue and we are 99% confident of a release date"

I think they were victims of their own staunchness of never speculating a date until they were certain. Randazzo gave the community the most news about a potential release date with this update than he has given in the last 6 months, so it’s natural for people to run with it and get excited. Hell, there’s been news articles about it.

Oh I agree this dev cycle hasn't been the most smooth sailing for either PMDG or us as customers, I'm just hoping issues from this cycle have been ironed out so we don't see repeats for the other NGs and the heavies.

As for an update, we're different - that's fine, for me I'd prefer the next update to be the release update, even if that's another few weeks off

Ya'll have gotten so crazy about the release of the 737 for MSFS that you have failed to correct each other when someone does not post their full name at the end of their message. I see countless messages that have forgotten to do this. Please PMDG Forums, get back to your usual ways. 😆

Yeah, it is my first post, and yes I am excited too. But I miss the old ways! C'mon, we need more users correcting others for not stating their first and last names like the good ole days.

We have so many great aircraft (Milviz 310, A32NX, BAE 146, MD80, Concorde, etc.), so many great new sceneries from Aerosoft, Pyreegue, Flightbeam that there is much to explore while we await this aircraft. I haven't even gotten to half of the aircraft and sceneries I have downloaded yet. Do some exploring, enjoy the beauty of MSFS for what it is and this aircraft will be ready for us soon to enjoy as well.

We all need to remember that this is absolutely hands-down the best time in our lives to be flight simmers. The level of immersion, detail, and graphics is outstanding. And if anyone needs a hug, go watch FlyingFabio. He's just the best there is when it comes to streaming MSFS.

I'd have thought it would be obvious that there is a huge number of people almost desperate for some info and also obvious whether or not it's happening this weekend. But perhaps they are more agile than I am giving them credit for.

So for those getting messages about internet connection needed, don't worry, your nic is not dead, Microsoft in thier infinite wisdom pushed out an update to your built in win defender and firewall, you just need to disable live scanning, and also go into quarantined list and remove the quarantined file that is linked to msfs and your in. took me a few to figure it out, but hey. Also I do think an update is warranted, by now they know if they can release this weekend, and a simple I am sorry, but maybe next week message should be warranted if they can not do it. does not indeed have to be a long explanation, we all understand.
